Shelly's Recipe

CHEESY GOULASH

2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 oz ground beef
1 (8 oz) can tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp grated parmesan cheese
3 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Dash garlic pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup cooked macaroni al dente
Additional shredded sharp cheddar cheese

While pasta is cooking, saute vegetables in a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray until tender. Add beef and continue to cook and stir until beef browns. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer over heat to blend flavors. Stir in cooked macaroni and heat. Sprinkle with cheese and allow to rest until cheese melts.
