DINNER IN A DASH

2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp beef bouillon granules
4 (14 1/2 oz0 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
2/3 cup frozen peas
2/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 cups hot mashed potatoes, prepared with milk and butter
2 eggs

In a saucepan, brown meat and onions; drain. Add next 9 ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Pour into an ungreased shallow baking dish. Combine potatoes and eggs; mix well. Drop by 1/2 cupfuls onto beef mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are lightly browned. Serves 12
