PINEAPPLE SOY GLAZE

1/4 cup pineapple juice and soy sauce
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until thickened.

NOTE: Use on your favorite meat by basting during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Drizzle any remaining glaze over cooked meat just before serving.
