CINNAMON & NUT COFFEE CAKE

1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup shortening
3 eggs
1 8 oz cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp butter
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk or enough to make drizzle
1 tbsp oil
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Beat until fluffy - sugar, butter and Crisco. Then add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add 1/2 the sifted ingredients to the sugar, butter and egg mixture. Mix well. Add all of the sour cream and vanilla. Blend. Then, add rest of flour. Mix until well blended.
Topping: Mix together brown sugar, walnuts, cunnamon and butter.
Grease and flour 9 inch cake pan. Add 1/2 the batter, then sprinkle 1/2 the topping, then add the rest of the batter. Add remaining toppping.
Bake at 325, approximately 1 hour. After baking, mix together powdered sugar, milk and oil. Mix well and drizzle over cake.
