BAKED HALIBUT

4 halibut fillets
4 tsp crushed garlic
2 cups snow peas and thinly sliced carrots
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
3 tsp fresh dill, minced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup white wine
4 tsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 lemon

Preheat oven to 425. Make 4 (8x 12 inch) pices of foil and place fillets on the lower half of each piece. Spread garlic over fillets and top with vegetable, seasonings and wine. Squeeze lemon juice on each fillet. Fold the upper half of foil over fish to meet bottom half and seal edges together. Allow space for heat circulation and expansion. Arrange on oven rack and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serves 4
