BAKED FLOUNDER WITH CRAB STUFFING

6 flounder fillets
2 green onions, minced
1 stalk celery, minced
1 can crab meat, drained and cartilage removed
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp parsley
2 tbsp butter and bread crumbs
Salt, paprika and pepper, to taste
Cut fillets in half lengthwise. Wrap each half into a circle and place in a well buttered casserole dish.
Saute vegetables in butter for 2 minutes. Add crab meat, bread crumbs and parsley, mixing well. Spoon into center of fillets and garnish with bread crumbs and parsley. Dot with butter and sprinkle with seasonings. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
