PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE - Easy

4 cups packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
1 pint peanut butter

Line a 12x2 inch baking pan with foil, extending over the edges of the pan. Butter the foil and set aside. Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil and continue to boil until it reaches 230 degrees on a candy thermometer. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. Pour into prepared pan and cool at room temperature. Chill several hours or until firm. When firm, lift candy out of pan and cut into squares. Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator.
