SIRLOIN IN VODKA SAUCE

1 1/2 lbs boneless sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 bacon slices, diced
1 large sweet onion, diced
1 (8 oz) pkg mushrooms quartered
3 clove garlic, minced
1 cup vodka pasta sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1 (8 oz) container sour cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
Hot cooked rice or egg noodles

Place first 4 ingerdients in a resealable bag and shake to coat. Cook bacon in a Dutch oven until crisp. Add beef and cook 1-2 iminutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove beef mixture from pan; set aside.

Add next 3 ingredients to pan and saute about 5 minutes. Stir in beef mixture, vodka sauce and broth; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6
