CHEESECAKE PECAN PIE

Category: Pies - Cream and Custard

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Combine first 4 ingredients until light and fluffy. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Arrange pecans over bottom over cream cheese mixture. Mix remaining ingredients, stirring well. Carefully pour over peans. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until done.
