CARAMEL PECAN PIE I

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar and dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup broken or coarsely chopped pecans
1 cup pecan halves

Preheat oventto 350. Blend eggs and next 6 ingedients and blend until smooth. Add pecans, stir to blend. Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 1 hour or until edges of pie are lightly browned and top is puffed. Remove to wire rack to cool.
