l lb cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp chopped onion
1 small jar pimentos, drained
3 jalepeno peppers, seeds removed and minced
4 eggs, beaten
Mix first 4 ingredients. Place in 7 x 12 baking dish. Pour eggs over all. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cut in squares to serve
