CHEESE ONION APPETIZERS

1 pkg.sourdough english muffins
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese,grated
1 bunch green onion, chopped or 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 cup mayonnaise

Grate cheese and add green onions. Add mayonnaise untill consistency of sandwich spread. Spread on english muffins. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
