MAPLE BARBECUE SAUCE

Category: Sauces - BBQ

1/2 cup maple syrup and ground ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce and sherry
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg and cloves
1/2 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix ingredients together and marinade meat overnight. Barbecue, basting frequently. Best with ribs.
