UPSIDE DOWN BISCUITS AND JAM

Favorite biscuit recipe
1/2 cup raspberry or strawberry preserves
1 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400. Butter a round cake pan. Mix preserves and butter; spread in pan. Place cut biscuits in pan arranging in a circle. Bake until golden brown, about 14-16 minutes. Invert to a heat-proof serving dish. Leave pan over biscuits for 30 seconds. Spread any remaining preserves in pan over biscuits. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
