WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE - Easy

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2/3 cup white chocolate chips, divided
1 chocolate crumb pie crust

Mix together first 3 ingredients until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in 1/3 cup white chocolate. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining chips and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.
