Shelly's Recipe

BBQ SNACK MIX

8 cups Crispix or Wheat chex, Rice chex type dry cereal
1 1/2 cups Goldfish crackers
1 cup thin or mini-twist pretzels
1 cup honey roasted peanuts or pecans
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp ground paprika
1/2 tsp garlic salt and onion salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard powder
1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke (hickory or mesquite flavoring)

In a 2-gallon zipper-top storage bag, combine cereal, pretzels, crackers and peanuts. Set aside.

Mix together sugar and dry spices. Set aside.

Combine oil, Worcestershire Sauce and Liquid Smoke. Mix well. Pour oil mixture over cereal mixture. Close bag and gently toss cereal mixture until well coated. Add spice mixture and re-close bag. Again toss mixture until well coated. Store in airtight container.
