COCONUT CREAM CHEESE BROWNIES

Coconut Cream Cheese Batter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
Fudge Brownie Batter
4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup chopped toasted almonds
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Make cream cheese batter: Mix ingredients and stir in coconut.
Make fudgy brownie batter: Mix together first 4 ingredients; stir in eggs, one at a time, until blended. Stir in vanilla extract. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Stir in almonds; reserve 1 cup batter. Spread remainder in prepared pan. Spoon cream cheese batter over brownie batter; spread to cover. Top with dollops of reserved brownie batter. Swirl batters but do not blend. Rap counter on counter. Bake for 26-28 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
