1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp salt
6 hard boiled eggs
1 pkg whipped cream chese or with chives

Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Blend and add eggs, one at a time, blending after each egg. Blend in cream cheese. Place in a bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with assorted crackers or party bread slices.
