CAJUN FISH

Category: Fish and Seafood

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 can tomato soup
1/3 cup water
1/8 tsp garlic powder, black pepper and ground red pepper
1 lb halibut, haddock or cod fillets
Hot cooled rice

Heat oil in skillet. Add bell pepper adn oregano and cook until tender-crisp. Dd next 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Add fish. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until done. Serve with rice. Serves 4
