SWISS BROCCOLI QUICHE

1 deep dish frozen pie crust
8 oz Swiss chese, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp flour
Dash pepper
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
Dash nutmeg
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained

Toss cheese with flour. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into crust and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

NOTE: I like to add a combination of bacon, ham, chopped onion or green bell pepper. Sometimes substitute spinach for broccoli.
