SAUSAGE STUFFING BROCCOLI BAKE

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
3 cups plain croutons
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 can cream of broccoli soup
4 eggs
1 soup can milk
Preheat oven to 400. Cook broccoli according to package directions . Drain. Meanwhile, in skillet, cook sausate until browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain.
In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, broccoli, croutons and cheese; toss lightly to mix. Arrange mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
In same bowl, stir soup until smooth. Beat in eggs and milk. Pour over sausage mixture, covering all ingredients. Bake for 30 inutes or until set in center. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serve 8-10
