CATFISH PARMESAN

Coating
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper, dried oregano and basil

6 catfish fillets
1/2 cup butter, melted

In a bowl, combine coating ingredients. Dip fish in butter and then in crumb mixture. Arrange in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
