HOT STUFFED CHEDDAR POTATOES

4 hot baked potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked and chopped broccoli
1 cup cooked and chopped chicken
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cut potatoes lengthwise, scooping out pulp, leaving a 1/4 inch shell. Combine next 3 ingredients and cook over medium heat until cheese melts. Keep warm.

Break up potato pieces; add broccoli and chilien. Stir in 1 cup sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into potato shells. Cover and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Serve with remaining hot sauce.
