HONEY NUT CHICKEN WINGS

50 wings and drumettes
1 cup butter and honey
7 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 cups finely chopped pecans
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Melt butter and honey in a saucepan. Add mustard and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Brush honey mixture over chicken and reserve extra sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and pecans on top of chicken and drizzle with remaining sauce. Bake until meat is tender and pecan coating is browned, about 45-50.
