COCA-COLA CHEESE DIP

12 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup Coca-Cola
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp grated onion
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce

Combine ingredients in a mixer and gradually beat in cola until fairly smooth and light. Pack in a covered container. Chill a few hours or overnight. Dip keeps well for a week or more.
