ORANGE GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS

1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce and olive oil
3 tbsp honey or packed brown sugar
1 tsp digon mustard and grated orange peel
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder and ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 1/2 - 2 lbs chicken wings or drummettes
Place wings in a resealable bag. Mix and remaining ingredients. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade for basting. Pour remaining marinade in the bag. Close and toss until wings are well coated. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
Prepare grill for medium-hot coals. Place chicken on grill, basting with marinade and turning often, for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Discard any remaining marinade.
NOTE: These can also be baked at 400 degrees by lining a baking sheet with foil and place rack on top of baking sheet. Place wings on the rack. Bake for 20 minutes, turning and basting with reserved marinade, and cook an additional 10 minutes longer or until wings are crisp and golden.
