SPICY CHICKEN WINGS

40 chicken wings or drummettes
3/4 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup honey
4 tsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp mustard

Place wings in a resealable bag. Mix and pour remaining ingredients in the bag. Close and toss until wings are well coated. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with foil and place rack on top of baking sheet. Remove chicken from bag and place on the rack. Bake for 30 minutes, until wings are crisp and golden.
