DILL SAUCE FOR GRILLED SALMON

1 large cucumber, seeded, grated and well drained in a colander
3/4 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp paprika
1 tsp chopped chives
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Pepper, to taste
1 tsp dill

Combine above ingredients and serve with sauce.
