CRAB AND ARTICHOKE SPREAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
2 cups cooked, lump crabmeat or 8 ounces imitation chunk-style crabmeat
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped, roasted red peppers, drained
In medium bowl beat cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, seafood seasoning and ground red pepper with wire whisk until combined. If using lump crabmeat, remove any shell or cartilage. If using imitation crabmeat, finely chop. Fold crabmeat and artichoke hearts into cream cheese mixture. Spoon crab mixture into serving dish. Garnish with red pepper. Serve with crackers.
