CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Crust
1/3 cup sugar
8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Filling
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
12 oz cream cheese, softened
Topping
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
4 tbsp unsalted dbutter
1/2 cup sugar and heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
6 (2 pakc) Reeses Peanut Butter, chopped
Crust: Preheat oven to 325. Hand mix ingredients and press into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 8 minutes.
Filling: Beat ingredients until light and fluffy. Spoon into cooled pie crust.
Topping: Melt first 3 ingredients over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in cream and vanilla until smooth. Spread over pie. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
