MUSHROOMS IN GARLIC CREAM SAUCE

1 lb mushrooms, quartered
2/3 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter, melted
4 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a saucepan, saute garlic and mushrooms in butter over high heat for about 4 minutes. In a saucepan, heat cream over low heat and to mushrroms, along with seasonings. Cook about 5 minutes, ad cilantro, stir and cook another minute.
