TURKEY NOODLE CASSEROLE

1/4 cup butter
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 small only, chopped
3 cups diced cooked turkey
1 (16 oz) pkg medium noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 diced pimento
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup dry white wine
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

In a skillet, sauté vegetables in the butter until tender. Fold in turkey and next 4 ingredients. Pour mixture into a well greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 for 25-40 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serves 6
