SAUTEED SPINACH

1 ld fresh spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine or sherry
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Wash and dry spinach. Cook in olive oil in a skillet over hight heat, stirring occasionally until welte.d Add wine and cook until liquid is gone. Spirnkle with cheese and serve. Serves 4
