SAUSAGE AND POTATO SKILLET

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 lbs smoked sausage, cut into chunks
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (7 oz) can mushroom pieces and stems
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Salt, garlic powder, red and black pepper, to taste

Heat skillet with oil. Combine all ingredients into skillet and cook until potatoes are tender. Reseason with salt and pepper.
