CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS

1/4 cup 2 tbsp butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cu semi-sweet chocolate chips

Cream first 3 ingredients until light and fluffy. Add whites and vanilla extract; beat well.

Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips. Press dough into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan and bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Cool in pan.
