SPICY TEX-MEX DRUMMETTES

1 (16 oz) pkg chicken drummettes or 10 chicken wings, tips removed and cut in half at the joints
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2-4 tbsp hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lime juicea and soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Place drummettes in a resealable. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken and sealing bag. Marinade 2-4 hours, turning occasionally. Drain chicken, reserving marinade.

Place chicken on a greased foil-lined pan and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and pour marinade over top. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until tender.
