HONEY SPICED DRUMMETTES

3 lbs drummettes
1 cup honey
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, or to test

Bake at 400 for 10 minutes in a single layer. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine remaining ingredients until well blended and spoon half the mixture over the drummettes; bake 10 minutes. Turn with tonge and spoon remaining mixture over drummettes; bake and additional 10 minutes longer. Let cool slightly before serving.
