GINGER SALMON

Category: Fish and Seafood

2 tbsp honey Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
4 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 (6 oz) salmon fillets

Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a resealable bag. Add fish for 2-3 hours or overnight. Place marinated fillets in a shallow baking dish and broil for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with remaining marinade to glaze them. Broil an additional 2 minutes.
