BAKED FISH WITH MUSHROOMS

1 lb fish fillets or steaks
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 tsp tarragon, crushed
2 tbsp butter
Paprika

Arrange fish in a baking dish, turning under thin edges. Sprinkle with salt. Cook mushrooms, onions and tarragon in buter until tender. Spoon over fish; sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered at 450 for 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4
