CRAB DIP WITH PARMESAN

4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
4 oz crab meat
Salt and pepper, to taste

1 loaf French bread, sliced thin

Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and blend into a runny roux. Warm cream to a simmer and add to roux, stirring constantly until thickened slightly. Stir in crab meat and Old Bay. Add cheese a handful at a time to melt. If mixture gets too thick add additional cream. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper and Old bay. Serve with bread slices.
