BOURBON MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1/4 cup packed brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard and bourbon
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce and black pepper

Mix ingredients until sugar dissolves. Marinate the meat at least 1 hour, turning several times. Use the marinade to baste during cooking. Discard mixture after use.

NOTE: Good on beef, pork or chicken
