ZESTY MARINADE

Category: Marinades

2 tbsp soy sauce and orange juice
1 tbsp ketchup
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Combine ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk. Good for any type of meat, especially good on tuna and swordfish. Marinade at least 1/2 hour before grilling.
