BEER MARINADE FOR BEEF

2 cans beer
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp cayenne pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
1 tbsp red wine vinegar and prepared horseradish
2 tbsp lemon juice

Mix together and marinade beef at least 1 hour before grilling. Use as a mop sauce during slow cooking.
