BAKED HERB FISH FILLETS

4 fish fillets, about 1 1/4 lbs
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder and salt
1 egg white, lightly beaten
4-8 new potatoes
1 small lemon, cut into wedges
Combine bread crumbs and next 3 ingredients. Lighlty beat egg white and dip fillets in it. Coat fillets, one at a time, in the crumb mixture. Arrange in a baking dish and bake at 375 for about 15 minutes or until fish easily flakes.
At the same time, peel a strip around the center of each potato. Heat 1 cup salted water to a boil; add potatoes. Cover, heat until boiling; reduce heat. Simmer tightly covered until tender, 30-35 minutes; drain. Serve potatoes with fish and lemon wedges. Serves 4
