JALAPENO POTATOES

8 medium potatoes, boiled whole and then sliced
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 roll jalapeno cheese
1 roll garlic cheese
1 small jar chopped pimento
1 small green or red bell pepper, chopped

Make a cheese sauce with the next 4 ingredients; set aside. Layer potatoes, 1/2 the cheese sauce, pimento, and bell pepper and remaining cheese sauce. Bake at 350, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes.
