ITALIAN CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cus fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese

Soak mushrooms in dressing for about 1 hour. Brown chicken and place in casserole. In a frying pan, saute onions in butter. Drain mushrooms and add to onions. Mix with cheese. Pour on chicken and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
