CAESAR PARMESAN CHICKEN

1 bottle Caesar parmesan salad dressing
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 clove garlic, minced
1 green or red bell pepper, sliced
1 large sweet onion, sliced
6 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp savory and basil
Olive oil
Shredded parmesan cheese
Bowtie pasta, cooked and set aside
Marinate chicken in dressing for 1 hour. Preheat 2 pans, one for chicken and the other for the vegetables. Place chicken in first pan and brown. Pour half the dressing over them and sprinkle with half the cilantro; simmer over low heat.
Add oil to the second pan and saute onions until translucent. Add remaining vegetables and rest of dressing. Sprinkle with seasonings and remaining cilantro. Stir, cover, cook until sauce has begun to form, about 1/2 hour.
To serve, place chicken on plate and drizzle with sauce from pan. Mix vegetable mixture with pasta; serve next to chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serves 4
