HAM GLAZE

1 cup frozen tangerine juice concentrate
1 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup French Pommery mustard and Dijon mustard
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp pepper and cayenne pepper

Combine ingredients, mixing well. During the last 1 1/2 hours, slather ham with glaze and bake. Brusk with glaze every 20 minutes. Allow the ham to rest before slicing. Makes enough for a 12-15 lb smoked ham
