SPINACH ALFREDO SQUARES

1 (10 oz) can refrigerated pizza crust
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup purchased alfredo sauce
1 (4.5 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
About 1 cup cooked ham, cut into strips
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
Grated parmesan cheese
Crushed red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 425. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. Unroll dough; place in baing dish. Starting at center, press out dough with hands over bottom and halfway up sides.

Spoon sauce over crust and then place spinach over sauce; pressing slightly. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 425 for 15-17 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut into squares. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
