LAYERED ANGEL HAIR PASTA BAKE

1 (12 oz) pkg angel hair pasta, cooked al dente, and drained

1 medium onion and green bell pepper, chopped
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 tsp oregano and basil, crushed
Salt and pepper, to taste

Set aside
1 (8 oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed together with 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

While pasta is cooking, saute the next 5 ingredients. In a casserole dish, layer in this order: 1/2 the pasta, 1/2 the sauce and 1/2 the mozzarella cheese. Repeat. Cover with the soup mix and top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and allow to rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
